| PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE PURCHASE This server is installed with Tesla card(s). These cards require grid virtualization to provide graphics functions. They are considered as Compute only cards. We highly recommend to check your software to find out if it requires graphics functions. If the rendering will be done with CUDA, rendering software should work normally. However if your software uses OpenGL for realtime viewfinder, we recommend using an additional Quadro card. You can also use GRID vGPU license(with virtualization) on Tesla cards to overcome this. You can also use remote rendering with running the software in client machines. | |
Returns Policy
All returned items must be returned to us in original box. A re-stocking fee of up to 25% may apply to items returned without the original box. IT Networking hardware include a 1-year warranty. Servers and Storage units include 2-year warranty. Warranty includes any manufacturer failure that is not caused by user error, natural occurrences, or misused. Within the first 30 days of purchase, we offer full refund with RMA. After the 30 days, we will replace or repair product under warranty policy. If you open a return request because of ‘buyer cancellation, don’t need anymore’, units need to be delivered with the same condition. If not, a restocking fee may apply. Our warranty does not apply for customer errors during the configuration and installation, accident after the product has been delivered, altering, and modifying.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
